Smoked salmon, prawn and seafood cocktail with cucumber, tomato crème fraiche dressing

Grilled goats cheese on char-grilled crumpet with beetroot and rocket salad, sweet and sour balsamic dressing 

Rigatoni pasta with chicken and chorizo, tomato and basil sauce, pesto dressing and parmesan shavings

Bruschetta of mushrooms, roast peppers and garlic with pesto dressing and rocket

Smooth chicken liver parfait with red onion marmalade, toasted brioche and dressed leaves

Casserole of lamb on leek and pasrsnip mash with thyme dumplings

Roast loin of pork with apple and chestnut stuffing and onion gravy

Fillet of haddock baked with a parsley crumb on crab mash with a light thermidor sauce

Risotto of butternut squash, mushrooms and rocket with basil pesto dressing and parmesan shavings

Bread and butter pudding with rum toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
